Couldn't find any release notes on Kotlin 1.4.31 (searched on Google and checked <https://github.com/JetBrains/kotlin/blob/master/ChangeLog.md|here>), am I missing somehing?

Releases are complicated, many-step processes. Often artifacts and plugins are available before the blog post gets published.

I get that, but it's weird to accept an update without having any IDEA (:wink:) what's going on

so don’t update until the blog post/release notes are published?
