There needs to be more continuous generation and publishing of source code documentation as part of CI/CD pipelines - Making API docs readily available in-house can make a huge difference to your team's developer experience, especially for newcomers to a project. Seeing code comments 'go somewhere' also encourages developers to contribute and maintain them.
