Hey anyone please suggest any alternatives to xcode for windows or linux?

If you want to have an IDE that can compile to apple platforms (like iOS) like XCode you probabbly won't find any.

What you can use though is some CI providers that provide your macOS runtimes for CI builds so you can run the XCode CLI in the cloud and don't need macOS
