I’ve also registered just fine in Chrome

Could’ve been something on my end, though I tried FF, FF container and Chrome. Brave worked first time. Sometimes my tracker blocking browser add-ons can be too strict, though usually the logs show blocked by client when that happens.

You can also tell Privacy Badger to allow the domains it's blocking. Looks like it's accounts.jetbrains.com and info.jetbrains.com. Moving them from blocked (red) to no cookies (yellow) was sufficient for me.
