What I'm looking for is what is the best way to organize the group... without gathering & picking tons of questions every week...

You could try to use Trello to organize the questions, prioritize them and select the top voted for discussion in the next meeting. Using a Trello board you could easily add new questions, see what was proposed what’s been done, etc.

yeah... great tool it is... it is hard to get people to participate it. Sad story...

Try to get your group to use Trello: to my experience it’s the easiest collaboration tool to sign in and to learn. If I remeber correctly they don’t even need to create an account, you just invite them by email to your board.
