05/05/2020, 8:47 AMSeems like every time I update IDEA to new version I get less performance, simple change takes several minutes to compile and and minute more until tests starts running. It seems that new features are keeping added and performance decreases, anyone else struggling with this?

05/05/2020, 8:56 AMNot that bad but performance is much worse than I would like on 1.3. Supposedly 1.4 is better but we havent been able to upgrade yet.

05/05/2020, 12:34 PMNote that if you're willing to live on the bleeding edge, you can update your plugin to 1.4, even though you're still using the 1.3 runtime. That's what I did to get the perf updates.

05/05/2020, 2:14 PMI’ve not upgraded to the bleeding edge, but am hopeful the 1.4 plugin improves performance as this is probably my biggest pet peeve. Even on my new (less-than-a-year-old) laptop, IntelliJ + Kotlin is sluggish.

05/05/2020, 2:21 PMI've had terrible Kotlin performance for about 18 months. I have some of my own bugs I've opened, but it all seems to fall under this catch all ticket
