Not sure if you could transfer ownership of your account to someone else, since it is tied to your email address. However this should not be a problem if you're not using it often, this virtual room is big enough for all of us 😄

You want the Ninja to not be the same person?
I don't think that's a good idea to share identity, be it in real life or online.
You can just direct the person to https://slack.kotl.in and have them use their unique handle.
Once they have their access, they have it forever, no need to wait 3-5 days anymore.
