Is anyone try to compile Kotlin Multiplatform Projects on the Windows (Example <https://github.com/jinqian/kotlin-native-chifoumi>)?
looks like problem is still here, tested on JDK 8 and 13 <https://github.com/JetBrains/kotlin-native/issues/1846>

<@UJRUJP0F9> hi just checked compilation, it is my bad reading, there in the project absent `tensorflow`  shared library that should be compiled and copied to the project, now all is fine, thanks for patience

<@UJRUJP0F9> but anyway Idea should show more error information, because in order to get a detailed error response I had to start compilation from the console
