any idea when kotlin 1.3.60 will be released officially?

Well, Kotlin Konf 2019 is upcoming (4-6.12), so I got my hopes up 🙂 https://blog.jetbrains.com/kotlin/2019/10/kotlinconf-2019-global-join-in/

I think it will be released before KotlinKonf, no real connection to release of 1.3.60
