01/09/2019, 3:25 PMguys when i upgrate gradle plugin from 1.3.0 to 1.3.11, for some reason, dependencies in a module with API are not visible in another module that includes the previous one. any1 experimenting stuff like this ?

01/10/2019, 9:27 PMIt would have been last Friday. I'm pretty sure I rebased and brought in the 1.3.11 dependency. I believe it was even working on 1.3.10, but don't quote me on that.
