i think the question was more about the kotlin-stdlib-jre7 compared to kotlin-stdlib-jdk7 and i think this is mostly a rename

It was a bit more than a rename. Done to accommodate jdk9, modules and strict enforcement of a given package only beinh exposed by one module.
