I can't think of any technical reasons why WebGL2 bindings would be more difficult than WebGL bindings. Can you ?
iirc, it's just handle canvas.getContext("webgl2"), and bind the new WebGL2 functions

I'm not very familiar with webdev at all, so I would know.
