I see that <https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/KT-9945> got addressed in this release, but there is no explanation how: neither in youtrack, nor in the notes. Can someone elaborate, please?

I thought consensus on that issue was: no one can fix it, users should do some manual actions if they need it.
