tablets nowadays are much more powerful than the PC I had when I first installed IJ CE and wrote something in Java 1.5 🙂

Being able to do small scale development while traveling light. It's not like I can't live without it or will use it every day if it existed. It's one of those sometimes useful nice-to-haves

Actually one could get linux with KDE Plasma and just install normal IntelliJ 🙂 But this would be quite problematic on top tablets, only niche "opensource" ones work decently atm. With this I'm abandoning this off-topic I thread started so shamelessly 🙂

You could get a small convertible laptop and dualboot linux / android x86
