ok, I got it. But why such design decision in kotlin?
I mean, most of developers (i think so) are comfortable with exclusive reanges by default

Well, haven't seen the studies, but I'm sure ain't one of them "most" 🙂 if I write "something from 1 to 10", it better be inclusive 😄
