@Shawn I dont mean to hurt nor disrespect anyone. If i am wrong then ill admit it. If you think i did ask for the code, then i am sorry to anyone. Its just..anyway personal problems. Sorry again

all that aside, I think your best bet is to use whatever resources you have available at your institution - a tutoring center, or a lab with volunteer instructors, or if literally nothing else, go to your prof’s office hours and definitely don’t skip recitation. I doubt any low-level CS-related class is making use of Kotlin (at least, not without teaching you), so if you’re having trouble with the basics, I strongly recommend using the language your course is using (or the language most folks in your class are using) rather than Kotlin. Learning a new language is hard enough, but it’s especially difficult when you’re new to programming

We are learning Kotlin...🙁

All right, then getting help shouldn’t be too hard, assuming the TAs or labbies or whoever else that’s there to help are also familiar with the language. At this point, the questions you’re asking aren’t Kotlin specific; they’re indicative of a lack of programming intuition and familiarity with flow control. This is fine - you pick up both with time and practice, but this isn’t the place to learn it
