Noticed that SDK Man fails to install Kotlin 1.1.60 with the following error message:

End-of-central-directory signature not found.  Either this file is not
  a zipfile, or it constitutes one disk of a multi-part archive.  In the
  latter case the central directory and zipfile comment will be found on
  the last disk(s) of this archive.
unzip:  cannot find zipfile directory in one of /home/napperley/.sdkman/archives/kotlin-1.1.60.zip or
        /home/napperley/.sdkman/archives/kotlin-1.1.60.zip.zip, and cannot find /home/napperley/.sdkman/archives/kotlin-1.1.60.zip.ZIP, period.

Eventually got the new ver of Kotlin installed (SDK Man servers seem to be under a heavy load today). Will there be any Kotlin 1.2 RC's published on SDK Man?

We publish only stable releases to SDKMan

SDK Man does list some unstable Kotlin releases including RC ones.
