We do not. The revamp of the plugin is only for Ultimate which is inline with our support for other frameworks. We are however working on a revamp of start.ktor.io and that will be available freely to everyone. However, the other functionality of the plugin such as inspections, navigation, refactoring, etc.. that’s all in Ultimate.
