It looks like bintray outage. <http://status.bintray.com|status.bintray.com> doesn’t work for me

Please consider a mirror, jfrog is not working so well for us in general

https://status.bintray.com/ is green for me, but I know this to be an issue intermittently occurring in our CI with anything hosted by jfrog

We can't download the dependencies for ~8 hours too. It should be bintray problem.
