I am an experienced mobile application developer. Knows Kotlin, Swift, Dart and Java. I want to learn Server Side development suggest me a framework to start with. Thank You.

I've come from a similar direction - I'd recommend picking a framework you don't immediately hate the looks of (I chose Dropwizard but have settled on Ktor), and try making some stuff in side projects - the practical experience helped me more than theory, if you have general programming experience

If you don't have ideas then go for some basics, or try to remake a service you know already, like a Twitter clone

IntelliJ IDEA (the community/free one is perfectly fine), also made by JetBrains (who make Kotlin/Ktor) 🙂
