Yes, you can use https://github.com/ktorio/ktor/blob/62e9fd32a15f50e13c736302c6bc01bb3e8ff1d1/ktor-client/ktor-client-ios/darwin/src/io/ktor/client/engine/ios/IosClientEngineConfig.kt#L17 and set setAllowsAnyHTTPSCertificate
