I ask because we have been running an old pre 1.0 version of ktor and some time ago we tried to update to 1.2.3 but saw our cpu usage double. Both running on the Jetty engine. Only difference is that we also run an older exposed version with the older ktor due to the shared coroutines dependency.
Assuming ktor was 10% of our workload then that means the new version would have regressed 10x in performance which seems a bit unbelievable.
