12/12/2018, 8:56 AMWell the problem is not so much the lack of channels (but I guess it would be an improvement too) as much as having slack on a free tier with limited history. Longer or more complex topics also tends to better suited to for forums or mailing list rather than Slack.

12/12/2018, 11:14 AMMaybe using posts for specific topics and pinning conversations? Although I agree slack isn't the best place. Issue tracker for questions/issues and then adding it to the documentation would be a great approach too.
