i tried for the last few hours with ktor-client and apache engine but this file is just having [ and ] in the redirects, making apache httpclient itself barf
and trying to handle itmyself by encoding the characters in a RedirectFeature seems to only result in double encoding of the url and gets me a error xml

there it is, with 3 samples of urls that exhibit that strange behaviour and my ugly fix for it using #kotlin-fuel
