Is ktor known to work with the commandline shortener in idea?

What is this? Either I have no idea of such a feature, or don’t identify it

I am on windows and with many modules the classpath outgrows the command line limit. IDEA apparently has a couple of workarounds but it auto suggests one and it seems that reflection part fails in ktor when using it.

I have found another reflection bug that might be the cause
