Maybe I'm stupid, but I can't find how to just answer to a call with a good old 200 OK?

Like most users, I don't use `respond` as it's not documented and we can't know what it expects. How could I know that it accepted an `HttpStatusCode`?

Yep, I understand that. We are working on docs and cleaning the APIs right now. Literally.

I think it should be the highest priority. It's the third time I started using ktor in a project, and this time I decided to stick to it even with the lack of understanding of how it works, but the 2 previous times I dropped it because the lack of documentation make it look very cheap.
