Is there any way to make a ktor app broadcast on https with ssl on localhost?

Ok so I have found this https://github.com/Kotlin/ktor/blob/master/ktor-hosts/ktor-test-host/src/org/jetbrains/ktor/testing/HostTestBase.kt#L75
