I wonder if that means that people have finally agreed on what a RESTful API means, other than “pretty URL’s returning JSON” 🙂

Reading it. Already don’t agree with the first point it highlights as a problem. It’s trying to equate relational model with resource.
Secondly, versioning is nothing to do with REST or HTTP....

Reading the article I don't think they have used a well architected REST implementation
Interesting points but they mostly show they haven't executed a restful environment well
They also make a bunch of sweeping assumptions
