No longer seeing "Put arguments on different lines...

No longer seeing "Put arguments on different lines" action. Only when line is too long, but I very often want to apply this action when line is less then wrap width (for example when working with Compose).

Is it some bug or something configurable? (can't find where)

fyi the caret location is important. For me the intention only appears when the caret is right before the opening parentheses. I’m not sure if it’s a bug (I’m like 67% sure it used to appear in other places too)

100% sure it used to work when caret is on function name or on one of parameters.
