does the idea 2021.2.2 rc contain a fixed kotlin plugin? does not look like it from the changelog

Bundled plugin is still 212-1.5.10-release-IJ5284.31, and a plugin based on 1.5.31 compiler has not been released yet, so https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/KTIJ-19504 should still be actual.

its really hard to undestand why shipping a fix to such a blocker bug does not have higher priority, while the broken plugin is still offered aus automatic update to all users. it probably wastes hours for people who are not on this slack or don’t always know about the latest kotlin plugin bugs and their workarounds.
