i have a project where building with idea fails with Kotlin: Cannot access built-in declaration 'kotlin.reflect.KClass'. Ensure that you have a dependency on the Kotlin standard library the same file builds fine with gradle. And i have restarted with invalidated caches already multiple times

I had flaky internet yesterday on a train so maybe idea has downloaded a corrupted file. still it should not fail like that.
