has anyone ever seen this bug? On mac, if I open the cmd+shift+a action search, type something and esc, and then again cmd+shift+a I start getting this window open all the time. And it started all of a sudden both on 2018.3 and 2019.1. Any idea?

That looks like you are triggering the apropos CLI command, which is firing up in a terminal. You've probably got an OS shortcut that is overriding the IJ shortcut.

yes, it was a macos shortcut that somehow I enabled 🤦
