Hey, recently I've had the same problem and in settings I've binded new shortcut to it, because there wasn't such a shortcut by default 😉

If you're using the Groovy DSL you can bind a shortcut to action "Sync Project with Gradle Files". If you're using Kotlin DSL, please vote for https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/KT-30326.
