02/20/2019, 4:35 PMthat plugin was installed by default, as is the "cloud sync". I've learned 2 things:
1. if cloud sync is enabled, the settings repo stuff disappears from the menu
2. community edition doesn't seem to have the cloud sync stuff at all.
