Is there any plugin you would recommend for creating/dealing with javadocs?

it's a bit underdeveloped as of late but it'll work just fine as-is for kotlin/JVM projects

I mean a plugin for intellij (so that it takes all parameters of methods and so on and verifies also that may javadoc match my functions)
