Which should I prefer when creating a new project 'explicit module groups' or 'qualified names'?

I'm not sure what the difference is but I use explicit module groups because it looks nicer

“explicit groups” is deprecated in IJ and kept in import settings for backward compatibility. The option will be removed from the dialog eventually
