Is there already an open issue for supporting "Package and Class Migration" refactoring? The preview window correctly shows all the usages to be replaced, but running it has no effect

there isn’t one, but I don’t think we’ll support this any time soon. I think pretty much no one ever uses the Java version, so it’s hard to justify investing into supporting the Kotlin one
