okay I am still confused a little but I think this group is not for people moving from android to web (who have limited understanding of js/nodejs world).

I think this channel is for people writing their browser side code in Kotlin, and transpiling it to Javascript, and needing help with & wanting to discuss precisely that use case. Rather than a general discussion of CSS, HTML & Javascript.
