in my multiplatform project i am doing includeBuild() in gradle and substitute for a dev version of a dependency
this works fine for browserProductionWebpack
but it seems like browserDevelopmentWebpack is choking on it

oh, btw i am using 1.3.70-eap-184
will try to make a simple repo for reproduction and create a issue later

this is the error the wepack process spits out:

i solved it by just using include and api(project(":ksvg"))
