@Roman Artemev [JB] This task doesn’t seem to get much love from JetBrains. When a task is set to be Major, what is the probability to see it implemented in the next version of the Gradle Plugin?

Hi @galex! The priority is indeed major, but we have many other major tasks that we want to do before it. However publishing to NPM is supported by the kotlin-frontend-plugin, so we should support it in the new Kotlin/JS Gradle plugin too, before deprecating kotlin-frontend-plugin. We cannot promise anything about when it will be done, but we hope that it will be done in this year.
