Hi guys, can someone help me out, my app is in review since last 8 days, and i mailed them and talked with Google support but still no solution I got, is there anything which I am doing wrong or it is from their end

Make sure you dont submit any updates as everytime you submit an update you get pushed to the back of the queue.
