Being a kotlin slack, it makes sense that we want all questions to be kotlin related, but I think so many people have found help in this community that it's become "trustworthy" (way more so than that androidunited slack) and because of that it makes sense why people post non-kotlin android questions here.

I wish there was an "official" android slack. android-dev irc was fun when there were framework people hanging out. Maybe to "fight" this for now we rename the channel android-kotlin or something?

These days the framework people hang out in #compose - how about redirecting all the 😶 questions there? Somehow I think they would be sent packing pretty quickly. Maybe the offtopic would annoy the resident googlers to such an extent that they would pressure their executives into hosting an official Slack just to get the spammers to go away 🙊
