Could you recommend me some relatively cheap smartwatch with wear os that i could buy in europe?
Can you recommend some tutorial which will be good on start? I have experience in programming on Android (kotlin,Java) and iOS/Android (React-Native),
so technologies are not limitation for me.

You can also take one from Mobvoi, like the TicWatch C2+ (which also has a really great magnetic connector with solid contacts, so it's easy to plug it to a computer via USB).
