When using experimental APIs that require `@ExperimentalSomethingApi` or `@OptIn("some experimental option')` there is an issue. When such APIs become stable and these annotations are no longer required, then nothing indicates that the annotations are obsolete! Is there a way to detect this, other than manually trying to delete the annotation and seeing what happens?

It's not related to Android.
