What happened to https://kotlinlang.org/docs/tutorials/android-plugin.html ? It used to show documentation for Android extensions eg. synthetic view bindings. Now it just redirects to a generic “Kotlin for Android” page. Have the docs moved somewhere else?

As far as I know, completely all documentation located in developers.android.com. Not sure kotlinlang is a good place to look for Android-specific things.
