If you are a junior developer looking for some tips on how to apply and get your dream job I wrote a series of article on Medium to help you. (I'm looking for feedback from developer with some exeperience as well). Here's the link to the first part https://proandroiddev.com/nailing-your-first-job-as-an-android-developer-part-1-build-your-portfolio-15f9d532def1

I think this is more proper in #feed
however, let me give it a read
I gave it a quick scan. One thing I think you're missing is that it's beneficial to have an app you're working on loaded on your phone during an interview. The ability to be able to pull it out and show some of the functionalities and speak to how they're implemented will go much further than telling the interviewer to look at your github profile.

Thanks @kevin.cianfarini for your feedback. Really good tips I didn't think of it. I'll add it!
