What's everyone's take on the classic "naming a library a word with C's replaced with K's"? 1️⃣ : It's getting old 2️⃣ : I'm still krazy for it! 3️⃣ : Indifferent/it depends

its got its perks. I'll never get tired of how kotlin projects will replace a 'C' with a 'K', the same way I am not tired with the Mortal Kombat games doing something similar

Not entirely konvinked.

I like it because it's a convention indicating that it is a kotlin lib, similarly how putting `py`at the end means it's python.

Just silly, like it was in the Javascript world for the past decade where every lib had a JS or .js suffix, or even farther in the past where every Java lib or product had some J sticked at the start or end of a word. Simply ridiculous.

This reminds me of a time, many years ago, when I thought node.js was a domain name.

There’s this cool band called King Crimson who used to do this as well, putting “kc” into everything. Never got old IMHO 🙂 https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Construkction_of_Light

When you see such library, it reminds that it could be a kotlin fork of another well known library.
