What is the default continuation indentation value in intellij?

I am almost certain it’s 4 spaces. Why do you ask?

Mine is at 8, and I restored it to default and it is still 8, but it just feels wrong.

😅 this is a generally open topic, prone to arguing over preferences and things like that. Some people prefer using tabs and setting the tab width to something comfortable (there’s an accessibility argument somewhere supporting this preference). You can always set the code style for the project so that everyone automagically adheres.
