d
so ktor is a framework for kotlin? o.O
d
it's not the stdlib, but it's being made by jetbrains, so i'm guessing whatever is going to be added to the stdlib will be similar
h
yep. it’s the flagship web client/framework
d
i see, but its not gonna work for Android development right? this ktor things? but its gonna be good if its became true like what you said @david-wg2, about they gonna implement the things in ktor to stdlib
😃 thanks anyway
h
i think it only works on server
d
i see
d
the web server part of ktor will probably never be part of the stdlib, but i'm guessing whatever client they need in the stblib will be similar at least
the client part of ktor should work on android? @orangy ?
d
okay, this is gonna be interesting, i gonna keep myself to this thread . so im not gonna miss anything
o
Yep, client is multiplatform and works on android, ios, browser, etc
