Just started this course and I'm uber new programming. Things were going well for me until section which deals with the terminal after stumbling my way through this section I finally have ran into a road block I can't over come these two issues... Can't start Git: C:\Program Files (x86)\Git\git-cmd.exe Probably the path to Git executable is not valid and this Invalid VCS root mappings The following directories are registered as VCS roots, but they are not: <Project> C:\Users....\Desktop\Test

Not Kotlin-related at all.

It's a Kotlin course so it's Kotlin related. If you don't know the answer or don't want to help why say anything? This prevents people from growing and learning.

This problem is indeed not related to Kotlin in anyway. We can’t answer all questions about general use of Git or anything else. Please contact course author if you think there is a problem with the course. Or try asking at StackOverflow.

@orangy thank you for the taking the time which of course you didn't have to do explain things to me. As I stated in the question I am very new to Kotlin so I'm still figuring things out. I posted here first because it was the weekend and I figured that I wouldn't hear back from the instructors until at least Monday. Fortunately for me I solved the issue on my own. Again sir, thanks for providing me a solution. Cheers Mate.
